This Privacy Policy explains how WE Marketing ("WE Marketing," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information when people visit our website, communicate with us, receive our services, or authorize an integration that we operate.

1. Scope

This policy applies to weglobalmarketing.com, our business and marketing services, and our authorized integrations with commerce, creator, communications, and analytics platforms.

When we process personal information solely on behalf of a client, seller, or platform partner under a written agreement, that organization may determine the purposes and means of processing. Its privacy notice may also apply. We process that information only as authorized by the applicable agreement, user authorization, platform rules, and law.

2. Information we collect

Website and device information

We may collect IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, timestamps, link interactions, and similar usage information.

Business and contact information

When you contact us, book a meeting, request services, or work with us, we may collect your name, business email, phone number, company, role, social media or shop identifiers, project requirements, communications, and information you choose to provide.

Client, seller, shop, and creator information

To provide TikTok Shop and related commerce services, we may process business account information, authorized shop information, product and inventory information, order and fulfillment information, campaign and performance information, creator or affiliate information, content information, and customer service records. The exact categories depend on the services requested and permissions authorized.

Transaction and administrative information

We may collect contracts, invoices, payment status, service history, account permissions, support requests, audit records, and other information needed to administer a business relationship. Payment details may be handled directly by payment or financial service providers rather than stored by us.

We do not intentionally request sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for an authorized service, required by law, or voluntarily provided for a clear business purpose. Please do not send passwords, API secrets, access tokens, government identification numbers, or unnecessary sensitive information by ordinary email.

3. Sources of information

We may receive information:

  • directly from you, your company, or an authorized representative;
  • from platforms you choose to connect or authorize, including TikTok Shop;
  • from clients, sellers, creators, service providers, and business partners involved in an authorized engagement;
  • automatically through website analytics and similar technologies; and
  • from lawful public sources, such as public business profiles and public creator content.

4. How we use information

We use personal information for the following business purposes:

  • to respond to inquiries, schedule meetings, and communicate with clients, sellers, creators, and partners;
  • to provide, support, secure, troubleshoot, and improve authorized services and integrations;
  • to manage shop operations, creator collaborations, content, campaigns, reporting, and related services requested by a client or seller;
  • to authenticate users, administer permissions, maintain audit records, and prevent unauthorized access, misuse, fraud, or security incidents;
  • to maintain business records, contracts, billing, support, and service quality;
  • to understand website performance and how visitors use our public pages; and
  • to comply with applicable law, platform requirements, contractual duties, and lawful requests.

We do not use seller-authorized platform data for unrelated advertising, sell it, or disclose it for another party's independent marketing purposes.

5. TikTok Shop and other platform integrations

If a seller or authorized user connects an account or authorizes our application, we may receive and process data made available under the permissions and API scopes that the user approves. We request access intended to be limited to what is reasonably necessary to provide the authorized functions.

We process platform data according to the applicable platform terms, developer requirements, client agreement, and documented instructions. Access is restricted to authorized personnel and service providers with a business need. We do not request a user's platform password through our application.

Data requests and account termination. We will reasonably assist TikTok Shop, sellers, and authorized users with verified requests to access, correct, provide, or delete applicable data. When authorization is revoked or the relevant contractual relationship ends, we will delete or de-identify platform data that we no longer need, subject to legal retention obligations, security records, dispute preservation, and time-limited backup cycles.

6. Cookies and analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics to help us understand traffic and page interactions. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies and may receive device, usage, and approximate location information. We may also store a language preference in your browser so the website can display your selected language.

You can limit cookies through your browser settings and may use browser or provider tools that limit analytics collection. Blocking some storage technologies may affect site preferences. External booking pages, social networks, and other linked services operate under their own privacy notices.

7. When we disclose information

We may disclose information to:

  • service providers that support hosting, analytics, communications, scheduling, security, storage, professional services, or other business operations;
  • the client, seller, platform, creator, or partner involved in an authorized service or transaction;
  • government authorities or other parties when required by law, legal process, or a valid request, or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, systems, or users; and
  • a successor or relevant party in connection with a proposed or completed merger, financing, reorganization, sale, or transfer of business assets, subject to appropriate protections.

WE Marketing does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We do not use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Our primary operations are in the United States. Some service providers may process information in other locations under their own infrastructure and contractual safeguards. Seller-authorized platform data is intended to be stored and operationally processed in the United States unless a different location is authorized and documented.

8. Retention and deletion

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to provide services, maintain security and audit records, meet contractual and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods depend on the type of information, the relationship, platform requirements, and applicable law.

When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete, de-identify, or securely dispose of it. Data contained in routine backups may remain until the applicable backup cycle expires and is protected from ordinary operational use during that period.

9. Information security

We maintain administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. Safeguards are selected according to the nature of the information and may include access restrictions, least-privilege permissions, multi-factor authentication, encryption provided by approved systems, device protections, security updates, incident response procedures, and service-provider review.

No system can guarantee absolute security. If we identify a suspected or confirmed incident affecting information for which notification is required, we will investigate, contain, document, and notify affected clients, sellers, platforms, individuals, or authorities as required by applicable obligations.

10. Privacy rights and choices

Depending on where you live and the context in which we process your information, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of certain personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising an applicable privacy right.

To make a request, email wendy@weglobalmarketing.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” Tell us the nature of your request and the relationship or service involved. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting. If we process the information solely for a client, seller, or platform, we may direct the request to that organization or assist it in responding.

You may designate an authorized agent where applicable. We may request evidence of the agent's authority and may still need to verify the identity of the person whose information is involved.

11. Children's privacy

Our website and business services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through this website. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

12. Policy review and changes

We review this Privacy Policy at least annually. We also review it sooner when our services, data practices, vendors, platform permissions, or applicable requirements materially change. When we update the policy, we will revise the effective or last-updated date and publish the current version on this page. Material changes may be communicated through additional channels when appropriate.
